XII. CHANGES TO WEBSITE TERMS

The Owner reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the website.

Changes become binding for Users upon publication unless otherwise stated.

The User is obliged to familiarize themselves with modifications to the General Terms.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

XIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Parties will first attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.

If this is not possible, disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the defendant.

XIV. LEGAL BASIS

Matters not regulated in these General Terms shall be governed by the following laws:

• the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services
• the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights
• the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code
