1. General Information

• Performance of a contract for the provision of services by electronic means (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
• Marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
• Analysis of traffic on the Service and maintaining statistics (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

Users’ personal data will be stored for the following periods:

• In the case of contract performance – for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the contract.
• In the case of marketing – until an objection to such processing is raised.
• In the case of analyses and statistics – until an objection to such processing is raised.

• the User objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the objection concerns processing for direct marketing purposes,
• the personal data has been processed unlawfully,
• the personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under Union or national law,
• the personal data was collected in connection with the offering of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR.

• The right to restrict the processing of data.
• The right to object to the processing of data.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

7. Information on the Voluntary Provision of Data

Providing personal data is voluntary but may be necessary to use the Service or to perform a contract.

The data provided by you will not be subject to profiling.
The Administrator will not transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes by publishing updates on the Service website.
